With a dedicated team of outreach callers, we help streamline revenue cycle management and maximize profitability for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development team, strategize outreach efforts, and drive client onboarding.


Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the medical billing industry.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the outreach team, providing guidance on calls, client engagement, and follow-ups.
  • KPI Development: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business development team and ensure their achievement.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients in the US healthcare sector, focusing on medical billing services.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline outreach and client onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target audience to refine outreach and service strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to service implementation.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report team performance, client acquisition metrics, and revenue growth to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or management within the US healthcare or medical billing sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and US healthcare provider dynamics.
  • Ability to create and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and team success.
  • Experience in setting and achieving KPIs for outreach or sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
