Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
- Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.
Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through written channels, including email and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and other services.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer communications.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
