Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
  2. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
  3. Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.

Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through written channels, including email and live chat.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  3. Investigate and resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and other services.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer communications.
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements (for both roles):
