
Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify and resolve WordPress & WooCommerce issues with confidence, ensuring timely and effective support to customers.
- Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via tickets, email, and live chat, maintaining a positive and supportive tone throughout interactions.
- Issue Identification & Feedback: Analyze recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to the development team to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date plugin documentation, highlighting new features and best practices for optimal performance.
- Ticket Management & Collaboration: Effectively manage tickets in FreeScout (or similar tools) and collaborate with the development team on GitHub to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Product Updates & Awareness: Stay informed about the latest product releases and updates, applying this knowledge to enhance customer support and services.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress troubleshooting, debugging, database management, and plugins.
- WooCommerce Experience: Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, including setup, configuration, and optimization.
The following skills are highly desirable:
- Ai Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for enhanced customer support and automation.
