We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead our content marketing initiatives. This role involves planning, developing, and managing high-quality content across all digital platforms to engage our target audiences and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing across channels (website, blog, email, social media, etc.).
- Oversee the creation and editing of engaging, SEO-optimized content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, SEO, social media, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics; optimize based on insights.
- Manage and grow a team of writers, editors, and freelancers.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Stay current with content trends, SEO updates, and digital marketing Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 4+ years of content creation/management experience, preferably in a digital environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
