Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and publication of various content across different platforms. This involves coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely and successful collaboration for content quality and publication.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate digital and print content projects from pre-publication to publication to guarantee accurate and effective management and publication of assets.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, authors, editors, and contributors to identify and resolve problems, ensuring on-time project publication.
  • Build relationships with authors, contributors, and editors to provide guidance and updates throughout the publication process, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare and provide reports to communicate title progress to Content Team Managers, Acquisitions Editors, and Publishers.
  • Communicate project statuses and updates to internal stakeholders to address issues and ensure quality and timely publication.
">Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in delivering titles on schedule using active monitoring.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Quick problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Reviewing manuscript components against a checklist.
  • Tracking all projects within scope and proactive problem-solving.
  • Up-to-date tracking and metadata maintenance for books in PPM/CCM.
  • Experience in solving complex problems through creative solutions that make a difference.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
