Job Description

What Youll Be Doing:

- Writing content that makes people actually want to click. Think blogs, social media, email campaigns but with more personality than your favorite influencer.
- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to make sure everything we publish is both eye-catching and brain-catching.
- Developing content strategies that get our audience to stop scrolling, start reading, and take action (preferably by booking a tour).
- Keeping our content calendar as organised as your grandmas spice rack.
- Monitoring content performance and tweaking it until it&aposs the digital equivalent of a mic drop.

What Were Looking For:

- 4-5 years of experience in content creation, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment where deadlines are real, but so are the laughs.
- A deep understanding of the alt.f audience, entrepreneurs who dont fit the mold and want to blow it up altogether.
- A talent for taking complex ideas and transforming them into engaging, witty, and human content.
- Proven experience with SEO, content management systems, and making social media your playground.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping your sense of humor intact.
- Youre not afraid to push boundaries, sarcasm is encouraged, as long as its used for good, not evil.
