About the Role:

This role is responsible for developing content and managing data analysis for a Centre of Excellence in training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, knowledge management, and e-learning, as well as experience working with various software tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality training content based on requirements and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.
  2. Become an expert in creating engaging training materials and presentations using Articulate and other relevant software.
  3. Edit videos and audio files to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  4. Manage relationships with vendors providing LMS and assessment digitization services.
  5. Travel to meet with various stakeholders to understand their training needs and preferences.
  6. Determine effective methods for delivering training content to end-users.
  7. Develop standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval, and repurposing.
  8. Provide data insights to enable function heads, COE NFTE training heads, and national training managers to make informed decisions.
  9. Track and manage team expenditure to achieve training objectives.
  10. Standardize and control version control of all training content.
  11. Ensure proper assessment processes are in place to identify competent talent.
  12. Implement digitization of learning through strategic partnerships and in-house capabilities.
  13. Seed audio-visual components into the learning process.
  14. Develop mechanisms for continuous knowledge development among constituents.
  15. Conduct regular knowledge assessments to gauge trainer proficiency.
  16. Maintain open communication channels with marketing, product, compliance, and sales strategy teams.

Measures of Success:

  • 100% adherence to compliance guidelines for content development.
  • Timely and satisfactory execution of capability-building programs.
  • Accurate and timely business reporting.
  • Maintenance and publication of content updates and version control trackers.
  • NHO record keeping and monitoring according to defined timelines.
  • Process adherence as per MOU.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of cards domain and adaptability across service, sales, collections, and operations functions.
  • Experience in instructional design, knowledge management, and e-learning.
  • Diploma or certification in instructional designing (content development expertise).
  • Technical knowledge of software required for content development (Articulate, Scorm, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Access and Excel.
