Job Overview:.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement post-sales and service interactions.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in gathering feedback, testimonials, reviews, and references to enhance our customer relationships and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Collect Post-Sales Feedback: Engage with customers after the sales process to gather insights on their experience, addressing any concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the product/service.
- Gather Post-Service Feedback: Connect with customers following service interactions, seeking feedback to assess the quality of service provided and identifying areas for improvement.
- Solicit Video Testimonials: Proactively request customers to provide video testimonials, showcasing their positive experiences with our offerings.
- Encourage Ratings and Reviews on Google: Prompt customers to rate our services and write reviews on Google, contributing to our online reputation and visibility.
- Seek References: Request satisfied customers to provide references, aiding in building credibility and trust within our customer network.
Requirements:.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or similar fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
