About the Role:
The Customer Success Specialist is a crucial position in our company, working closely with clients and founders of various businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product advisor to our clients, working towards achieving their business goals and success metrics.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, being goal-oriented and data-driven to actively track usage performance and drive metrics like CAC, CSAT, NPS, Adoption, and Usage for clients.
- Analyze customer data to improve the end-user experience, collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.
- Gather product feedback and features that can help define the product roadmap, educating clients about the working of the BusinessOnBots Dashboard reporting structure and other relevant features.
- Drive product adoption with the ability to Cross Sell/UpSell.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS.
- Good product thinking is a must.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
