Responsibilities - 

  • Become the go-to expert on all things G.O.A.T., guiding clients through the collection of our treats. Your mission is to educate, inspire and create a lasting connection with our customers.
  • Grow the B2B sales segment by fostering strategic partnerships with cafes, restaurants, and other potential collaborators. Develop innovative plans to unlock sales channels, including supermarkets, online platforms, and delivery intermediaries.
  • Craft and execute plans to dominate the premium gifting segment, especially in the realm of wedding gifting. Ensure that our treats are not just gifts but memorable experiences.
  • Understand that post-sale is a significant part of the journey. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring that the magic of our treats extends well beyond the checkout. Conduct post-sale audits and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Train store personnel to embody our brand. Attend industry events, build influential networks, and establish a brand presence. 
  • Work seamlessly with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and top-notch service. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral that vividly showcases the uniqueness of our offerings.
  • Dive into overall reporting, sales pipeline management, and CRM systems. Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets. Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities. Share insights with the team to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in this ever-evolving industry.


Requirements - 

  • Previous sales experience? Cool. Experience in F&B Sales? Even cooler.                                                                                                                                      
  • Charming Communication: Your words should be as smooth as our gelato. Engage, captivate, and leave a lasting impression.
  • A natural knack for making friends and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and analyzing sales data.
  • You appreciate startup culture; are willing to wear multiple hats and take on diverse roles
  • You’re a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who is not afraid to take risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
