Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted demand growth. Responsibility of handling the category team. Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights. Improve customer wallet share through strategies Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals Manage team and ensure target delivery through the team. Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category. Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization. Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers. Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.Skills Required:Ability to train, coach and support the team members Good team management skills Fluency in Telugu is mandatory. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same High ownership and responsiveness at all times Highly efficient in excel skills Basic knowledge of SQL Strong numerical and analytical skillEducational qualifications preferredInstitution tier: Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in any stream will do.Required Competencies:Core Competencies: Communication Supply/Demand planning Team Management Problem Solving Strategic Planning Functional Competencies: Partner Engagement Customer/Partner retention Should be good in making reports (MS-Excel/G sheets, SQL, etc)
