Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Agent with exceptional spoken and written English skills, as well as a technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience providing customer support in a high-tech environment, with the ability to navigate complex systems and address technical queries efficiently. Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to patients and clinicians using the Script Assist platform.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with technical issues related to the app, including navigation, account setup, and functionality questions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring transparency and traceability.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and development teams on potential areas for platform improvement based on user interactions.
  • Training & Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Outstanding spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of web applications, basic networking, and the ability to handle common software troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
