We are seeking a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, improving lead quality, and optimizing marketing efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.

- Plan, launch, and manage ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixels to track user behavior and conversions accurately.

- Analyze campaign data to improve lead quality and lower Cost of Acquisition (CoA).

- Generate actionable insights and create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing.

- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel tracking.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and performance metrics.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B or lead-generation-focused digital campaigns.

- Working knowledge of automation and CRM tools.

- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (a plus).
