Job title – Customer Relationship Specialist (Australian Voice)Location:Chennai Working Hours: Permanent Work from Office on all days Australian Business Hours (2:30 am / 3:30 am IST till 11:30 am and 12:30 pm) Holidays are followed as per Australian calendar.Job Summary: We are looking for customer care representative with excellent English communication skills and experience in B2B as well as B2C international customer service domain. This position involves effective coordination with Australian customer/stakeholders and fiber order management.Skills Capabilities: Strong Communication skills including experience handling international Customer calls and effective written communication. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Roles & Responsibility: Communication:Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution andCustomercommunication via callsand mails throughout the order delivery lifecycle. Do accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process. Responsibilities includeOrder and contract creation, follow up and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status. Proactively manage internal and externalstakeholder engagement(including end customers, Field teams, design teams and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication. Ensure 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables. Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.Tools & Systems Knowledge (Optional): Salesforce, Google Map, PNI – Spatial netEducational Qualification & Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English). Order Management knowledge is preferrable.
