Forge partnerships with channel partners in Ecommerce and online marketplaces Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives. The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsible for Strategic Leadership and driving the business unit. Accountable for P & LQualifications Premier institute MBA / Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed InstituteExperience & Skills Required 15 to 20 Years experience in FMCG or Ecommerce D2C sector. Should have minimum 5 years experience in leading or heading E Commerce FMCG business. Should have strong exposure in all aspects of Ecommerce & Online business Strong leadership, and team management skills Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentJob Location : ChennaiCTC : As per industry standards
