The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and developing strategies to increase market share.Key Responsibilities1. Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in general trade channels 2. Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 3. Develop and implement plans to improve the distribution, penetration, and visibility of our products. 5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. 6. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to achieve business objectives.Requirements1. MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience. 2. Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products. 3. Strong understanding of general trade channels and market dynamics. 4.
