We’re expanding across Tamil Nadu in the coming months, starting with the Chennai market.OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Sales Officer with FMCG experience — ideally insnacks, packaged foods, or beverages— to drive Rune’s presence acrossModern Trade (MT)andkey General Trade outletsin Chennai. You’ll own store relationships, distributor coordination, and on-ground execution — from placement to visibility to sell-through.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships withModern Trade chains,regional supermarkets, anddistributors. Drive secondary sales and ensure product availability and visibility across MT and high-volume GT outlets. Executelisting, promotions, and merchandisingin line with company plans. Achieve monthly and quarterlysales targets (volume & value). Monitor stock levels, collections, and shelf performance through store visits and distributor coordination.RequirementsExperience:3 - 5 years in FMCG field sales, preferably insnacks / packaged food / beveragessegment. Exposure to Modern Tradeand supermarket operations (store-level interactions, merchandising, visibility) is a must. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Own two-wheelerwith valid driving license (mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
