Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide actionable insights, managing CRM-related projects, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and derive insights Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present findings Proficiency in sales and market segmentation strategies to align CRM efforts with business goals Experience in project management for overseeing CRM-related initiatives Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Ability to work independently in a remote capacity Previous experience in a legal services or professional services environment considered an asset Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
