Someone who can optimise user journeys, build automations, ensure data hygiene, and simultaneously drive campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities CRM Management (Freshworks Preferred): • Own end-to-end CRM setup, optimization & automation • Create and refine funnels, journeys, and customer lifecycle workflows • Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, lead assignment & pipeline accuracy • Track CRM KPIs (lead sync, lead handling, disposition compliance, funnel drop-offs) • Collaborate with Sales, Support & Operations for seamless alignmentPerformance Marketing: • Plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other platforms • Own CAC, ROAS, lead quality & conversion funnel metrics • Manage landing pages, A/B tests, and campaign attribution • Work closely with creative & product teams for targeted campaigns • Analyse performance, share insights & drive continuous improvementRequirements • 2–5 years of experience in CRM + Performance Marketing roles • Hands-on experience with Freshworks CRM (highly preferred) • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnels, attribution & automation • Experience working with high-velocity sales-led or consumer-focused businesses • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and move fastWhat You’ll Love • High ownership role with direct business impact • Fast-paced, growth-driven environment • Opportunity to build, optimise and scale systems from the ground up • Work with a passionate team creating the next big thing in health & wellness
