The CRM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting the target audience, creating tailored marketing campaigns, managing CRM tools, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and achieve business goals.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for interpreting CRM data and identifying trends. Effective Communication and Sales skills to engage clients and build lasting relationships. Experience with Market Segmentation to develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns. Project Management skills to oversee CRM initiatives and ensure timely execution. Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools for data management and customer engagement. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in a B2C environment and knowledge of the legal industry are advantageous.
