We’re Hiring: CRM Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist leading Healthcare. Location: (Gurgoan) Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred Tool Expertise: Freshworks Suite Role Overview We’re looking for a Onsite talent who understands CRM workflows and performance marketing end-to-end. Someone who can optimise user journeys, build automations, ensure data hygiene, and simultaneously drive campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities CRM Management (Freshworks Preferred): - Own end-to-end CRM setup, optimization & automation - Create and refine funnels, journeys, and customer lifecycle workflows - Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, lead assignment & pipeline accuracy - Track CRM KPIs (lead sync, lead handling, disposition compliance, funnel drop-offs) - Collaborate with Sales, Support & Operations for seamless alignment Performance Marketing: - Plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other platforms - Own CAC, ROAS, lead quality & conversion funnel metrics - Manage landing pages, A/B tests, and campaign attribution - Work closely with creative & product teams for targeted campaigns - Analyse performance, share insights & drive continuous improvement Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in CRM + Performance Marketing roles - Hands-on experience with Freshworks CRM (highly preferred) - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnels, attribution & automation - Experience working with high-velocity sales-led or consumer-focused businesses - Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and move fast What You’ll Love - High ownership role with direct business impact - Fast-paced, growth-driven environment - Opportunity to build, optimise and scale systems from the ground up - Work with a passionate team creating the next big thing in health & wellness
