Restaurant Onboarding & Client Acquisition • Proactively approach restaurants acrossall segments (from local vendors to 5-star hotels)and sign partnership contracts. • Generate and pursuesales leadsfrom the market to expand our restaurant network. • Act as the primary point of contact for potential partners, addressing their queries and concerns.2. Relationship Management & Client Advisory • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, ensuring aseamless onboarding experience. • Advise restaurant partners onmarket trends, business growth opportunities, and operational improvements. • Provide tailored solutions to enhance restaurant performance and revenue generation.3. Sales Strategy & Business Development • Develop and execute acomprehensive business planto achieve sales and revenue targets. • Drivebrand presenceby actively representing the organization in the market. • Ensure adherence tobudget and expense controlswhile meeting performance goals.4. Operational & Sales Administration • Streamlinesales administration processesto improve efficiency and reporting. • Collaborate with senior management tooptimize sales strategiesand enhance customer service. • Maintainaccurate records of sales performance, contracts, and partner interactions.5. Market Representation & Brand Advocacy • Act as theface of the organizationin the market, embodying its values and mission. • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and networking opportunities. • Handle field operations effectively, addressing partner queries and concerns with confidence.Desired Candidate Profile •Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree with3+ years of experiencein sales, business development, or a related field. •E-commerce & Digital Marketing Expertise:Strong knowledge ofe-commerce operations, online marketing strategies, and digital sales channels. •Personality & Work Ethic:Confident, proactive, and results-driven with ago-getter mindsetand a passion for achieving targets. •Sales & Business Acumen:Proven ability to drivesales growth, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. •Collaboration & Teamwork:A strongteam playerwho effectively works with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders. •Analytical & Technical Proficiency:Competence inExcel, data analysis, and performance trackingto support informed decision-making. •Leadership & Influence:Skilled innetworking, negotiation, and stakeholder managementto drive business success. •Adaptability & Problem-Solving:Ability tonavigate dynamic market conditions, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutionsto enhance business performance.
