The role involves identifying potential restaurant partners, building strong relationships, and driving partnership growth in the Hyderabad region.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new restaurants to the platform through direct sales and relationship-building. - Pitch partnership models, commission structures, and platform benefits to restaurant owners/managers. - Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements. - Ensure smooth onboarding — documentation, menu uploads, and training for restaurant partners. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive engagement and retention. - Track and report sales performance and pipeline updates regularly.Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant acquisition or business development with Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Good understanding of the local F&B ecosystem in Hyderabad. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales. - Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
