Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Onboarding Executive, located in Gurugram. The Restaurant Onboarding Executive will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and providing training to restaurant staff. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Food & Beverage industry standards
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and Team Leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

What You'll Do
:

Spot & Seal Partnerships: Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants to the Boozate platform, turning prospects into long-term collaborators.

Perfect the Details: Gather, verify, and curate menus, pricing, images, and restaurant profiles to deliver an impeccable user experience.

Train & Transform: Educate restaurant teams on leveraging the Boozate app—covering order management, offers, dashboards, and more.

Seamless Launches: Ensure restaurants go live without a hitch, resolving any initial challenges quickly and efficiently.

Build Lasting Bonds: Nurture strong relationships with partner restaurants to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with operations and support teams to address partner needs while channeling insights to product and business units.

Drive Impact: Consistently meet and exceed monthly onboarding and activation targets.
