Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across operations, finance, and HR. The role involves creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily sales and expense reports for all restaurant and hotel outlets.
  • Track and analyze P&L performance, revenue variance, and cost control metrics.
  • Consolidate reports from multiple units and share actionable insights with management.
  • Develop and update Excel-based dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure accuracy in data entries and standardization of reporting formats.
  • Generate inventory, manpower, and productivity reports for review during audits and reviews.
  • Support business reviews by providing data-based insights and trends.

Ensure data security, version control, and backup of all MIS files.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of hospitality operations (F&B, cost control, POS, etc.) preferred.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential data.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting (Hospitality experience preferred).
