Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, and helping the management team make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
  • Work on process automation and improve data efficiency.
  • Coordinate with management and teams for timely report submissions.
  • Assist in data audits and performance analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
  • Good understanding of data reporting and analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Google Data Studio (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or Statistics (Preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in MIS Executive.
