Drive campus recruitment for full-time and internship positions across multiple functions.- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, fostering long-term relationships with placement officers and faculty.- Plan, organize, and manage online assessments and pre-interview screenings.- Represent the organization at campuses across India, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment drives.- Oversee feedback collection, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business heads to ensure interview panel alignment and process efficiency.- Take ownership of newly hired employees, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.Required Skills & 9-12 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment and stakeholder management.- Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale hiring initiatives.- Hindi proficiency is mandatory for effective communication across regions.- Willingness to travel PAN India during campus seasons.- Demonstrated experience in team management and process improvement.
