Achieve sales volume and revenue goals through business development and account management.- Develop and manage key accounts, building strong relationships and increasing wallet share.- Identify and engage with new customers to expand business reach.- Conduct ongoing market intelligence monitor competitors products, pricing, and strategies.- Perform primary and secondary research to identify new opportunities in custom manufacturing.- Lead cost negotiations and manage contractual agreements with global clients.- Collaborate with Program Managers and site teams to review projects, identify risks, and leverage opportunities.- Ensure full compliance with organizational standards and policies.Key Skills & Proven expertise in Business Development & Sales within the Chemicals industry (Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals).- Strong strategic, technical, and commercial acumen.- Exceptional relationship-building and global client management skills.- Awareness of market trends, competition, and industry insights.- Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and self-driven professional.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Process-driven mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.Qualification & Bachelors/MSc/PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred.- 10-12 years of experience in Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemicals with a proven record of CDMO sales to global clients.- Experience in international markets with demonstrated success in managing global Age: Up to 45 years.- Willingness to travel extensively.
