Job purpose


We are looking for a Growth Executive to support our growth team in managing pricing, merchandising, data analysis, and day to day execution of the above on our website and app. The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing, data management, merchandising and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategies that optimize revenue. This role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure timely execution and continuous improvements on our website and app.


Duties and responsibilities


  • Pricing Data Analysis and Execution: Analyze and execute day to day pricing strategies
  • Merchandising Execution: Ideating, planning and executing merchandising on the website and app on a day to day basis.
  • Merchandising Strategy: Continuous improvements to drive conversion on our platforms
  • System Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure our app and web is running smoothly as per guidelines
  • Reporting & Analysis : of key merchandising and app metrics
  • Cross Functional Programme Management: Involved driving ideation and end- to end execution of pricing, merchandising, experiments and other growth initiatives with rigour with multiple cross functional teams like tech/ product, creative, business/ category, marketing etc.


Skills & Qualification Requirement


  • 1-3 years of work experience in ecommerce, D2C, or a similar role (pricing ops, merchandising)
  • Experience in working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar tool
  • Basic understanding of meta and Google ads will be an added plus
  • Previous work experience in merchandising and/ or on Shopify will be a big plus
