Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Services/ IT Staffing Job Type:Full Time & On-Site Job Location:Hyderabad Experience Required:8+ Years in Sales from IT Services / IT StaffingAbout the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Managerwith strong experience inIT Services or IT Staffing . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities Drivenew business acquisitionin IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients. Build and maintain astrong sales pipelinethrough prospecting, networking, and market research. Understand client requirements and position company’sIT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilitieseffectively. Manage theentire sales cycle– lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure. Collaborate with internaldelivery and recruitment teamsto ensure successful service execution. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annualsales revenue targets . Develop long-termstrategic relationshipswith CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams. Stay updated withindustry trendsin IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.Key Requirements 8+ years of experiencein sales forIT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects . Proven success inclient acquisition, account management, and revenue growth . Strong network ofdecision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in IT industry . Experience sellingstaff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions . Excellentnegotiation, communication, and presentationskills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Preferred Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Experience selling inGCCis an added advantage. Familiarity withMSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models .
