Sales Head – IT Staffing (GCC Focus) Location:Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune/ Mumbai Experience:12–18+ years Industry:Staffing / IT Staff Augmentation / T&MRole Overview: We’re looking for a seasonedSaleswith proven experience in managing and scaling sales operations within theIT Staffing and GCC (Global Capability Center)domains. The ideal candidate should bring astrategic sales mindset ,operational excellence , and atransformational approachto drive business growth in theContractual & IT Staffingvertical. Someone who can not only open doors but also drive long-term value andorganizational stability .Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand end-to-endsales for IT Staffing, T&M, and Staff Augmentationacross key industry verticals, particularlyServices, Consulting and GCC . Drivenew business acquisitionand strategicaccount growthacross India and global markets. Build strongCXO-level relationshipswith enterprise clients, ensuring Quess is positioned as a preferred staffing partner. Craft and delivercustom solutions, proposals, and pitchesthat align with client business needs. Define and ownP&L responsibilities , sales planning, forecasting, and profitability. Leadcontract negotiations , drive Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery transitions. Work closely with internal delivery and domain teams to align business goals and client expectations. Identifymarket risks, competition trends , andindustry opportunitiesto stay ahead of the curve. Mentor and guide the sales team while being hands-on in large pursuits and key accounts. Ensure high levels ofclient satisfaction , retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as achange driver– introducing scalable processes, tools, and strategies for sustainable business growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of sales experience inIT Staffing/Staff Augmentation , including strong exposure toServices, Consulting and GCCsectors. Proven track record of drivingmultimillion-dollar deals , managing key accounts, and achieving/overachieving targets. Excellentnegotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinkingskills. Deep understanding ofcontractual staffing ,MSP/VMS, GCC environments , andenterprise sales cycles . Exposure to managingPAN India teamsand working acrosscross-functional groups . Ability to manage ambiguity, build credibility with large enterprises, and drive consultative selling. Strong grip onmarket dynamics, pricing strategies , andsolution-oriented sales .
