Competencies & Skills
· Master of Fashion Management, Masters with Background in Fashion is a must. MBA candidates preferred.
. Customer Relations Experience with design labels preferable.
· Knowledge of production & manufacturing processes in ethnic fashion is mandatory.
· Effective verbal, and listening communications skills
· Effective negotiation & influencing skills
· Computer skills including excel and word-processing programs
· Open to learning with a commitment to excellence
· Must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a team environment
· Good time-management skills.
