Customer Relations Representative

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Strong understanding & experience of client relationship & coordination in education industry.
2. Conducting meetings with school Principals, Coordinators and Management personals of schools for a business generation.
3. Conducting presentations, seminars & counselling for parents and students.
4. Arranging Demo sessions for potential clients.
5. Maintaining client relationship by paying regular visits, understanding their needs & creating new opportunities.
6. Generate database from Schools and other sources.
8. System improvements to achieve seamless delivery & operations
9. Coordinating on day to day operational activities
10. Creating a positive Brand Image and awareness
11. Researching, identifying and developing marketing opportunities.
12. Understanding client requirements, identifying market trends & making suggestions to he top management.
13. Gathering, investigating, summarizing client related issues & submitting data along with suitable resolution
14. Panning & coordinating for various school events & marketing activities with the Academic team
15. Preparing various reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
