Csr - Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. **Fresher’s** **or** **previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.**

**Salary: 16,000/Month**
**Shift: Mon - Fri (Evening Shift/US Shift)**
**Location: B1/3, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi (110063)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends in the transportation sector.
**Requirements**:
- **Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.**
- **Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.**
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
