At SaveSage, we aim to empower users with intuitive tools and personalised insights to make smarter financial decisions. It’s a subscription led AL enabled platform that enables the top 50Mn Indians to save every time they spend. SaveSage enables its users to save up to 15% on their total household spends by optimising platform offers, payments, memberships and loyalty programs. Our innovative solution offers comprehensive user profile analysis, personalised spend plans, AI- enabled spend recommendations, and guidance on maximising rewards and loyalty redemptions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Consultation: Provide personalised consultation to users on best credit and debit cards, loyalty programs, etc. Help clients optimise their spend transactions to achieve maximum savings. Assist with implementation of the recommendations as needed.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of the SaveSage platform, guiding them through the subscription tiers and helping them choose the best fit for their needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track clients' savings progress, providing ongoing support and adjustments to ensure they meet their savings goals.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell clients to higher subscription tiers, showcasing the added value and benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of client profile, recommendations given, savings achieved, etc.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our platform and services, advocating for enhancements that meet client needs.

 

P.S. This is an office-based role and no travel to client location is required.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and advise clients effectively.
  • Expertise in credit cards and their features is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and growth, particularly in a startup environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, managing tasks independently while staying connected with the team.
  • Basic understanding of personal finance principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as an account manager in the financial services field preferred.
