We are expanding our footprint in the medical and retail nutrition space and arelooking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead this growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts inpromoting and selling our plant-based protein powder through medical and nutritionalchannels. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies,managing a team of medical sales representatives, and building strong relationshipswith healthcare professionals and institutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote plant based nutrition products to doctors within the assigned city or region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel. - Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach and penetration. - Provide product information, educational materials, and training to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and usage of our products. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the local market. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management. - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review. - Responsible for leading a team of medical reps for the area or region. - Responsible for coordination and maintaining relationships with distributors.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/Nutritional products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals. - Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned city or region.This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based incentives and opportunities for career advancement.
