Identify opportunities forupselling, cross-selling , and customer retention. Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to run personalized campaigns and promotions. Convert inbound leads and repeat customers into loyal brand advocates. Monitor customer data and insights to improve sales performance and satisfaction.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field. 1–3 years of experiencein CRM-based sales, ideally in nutraceuticals, wellness, health tech, or D2C brands. Strong understanding ofcustomer lifecycle managementandsales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) . Excellent communication, empathy, and follow-up skills.
