The role carries pan-India responsibility, leading a team of 15+ sales professionals, and driving growth with key customers in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and PET packaging segments.Key Responsibilities:- Grow sales of industrial equipment for plastics processing (drying, temperature control, material handling, and related solutions).- Develop and execute PAN India sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Build and expand relationships with major plastics processors across India.- Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver complete solutions.- Conduct market mapping, industry research, and competitor awareness.- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and forums.Ideal Candidate Profile:- 12-15 years of proven sales experience in capital equipment for plastics processing.- Strong network with plastics processors in injection moulding, extrusion, PET & packaging industries.- Demonstrated ability to lead regional/PAN India teams and deliver growth.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to scale a business vertical.
