Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asst Manager/Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition and Internal Training functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and then handing over the new hires to the Functional HR. Post-onboarding, the candidate will focus on designing and delivering internal training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles

- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview process

- Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and finalize joining formalities

- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires

2. Handover to Functional HR:

- Handover new hires to Functional HR for further HR-related activities

- Ensure all necessary documentation and information is shared with Functional HR Head.

3. Internal Training:

- Design, develop, and deliver internal training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Identify training needs and create customized training solutions

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars

- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback

Requirements:

4. Education: Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

5. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Internal Training

6. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong recruitment and training skills

- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs

- Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and recruitment tools

7. Personal Qualities:

- Results-driven and proactive approach

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
