About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a world-class talent pipeline. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives.

Position - Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation - New DelhiCTC Budget - 20-25 LPACompany - Bloom Hotels (60+ Operational Hotels in India)Reporting to GM Human Resources

Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans for Pan India Hotels.Talent Sourcing:

Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract top talent.Candidate Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct effective screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess cultural fit.Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.Employer Branding:

Promote the company's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.Data Analysis:

Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize the recruitment process.Collaboration:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a start-up would be preferred.Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.
