We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Outreach & Link Building Expert who has hands-on experience in building high-quality backlinks, digital partnerships, and executing white-hat outreach strategies within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of SEO dynamics, authority building, and the financial industrys digital landscape especially across Wealth, Equity, Mutual Fund, and Insurance categories.Key Responsibilities:Link Building & Outreach:- Identify and evaluate high-quality link-building opportunities by analyzing competitor backlinks and market trends.- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using multiple channels (Email, LinkedIn, forums, finance portals, etc.) to acquire relevant backlinks.- Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, finance publishers, influencers, and partner sites.- Ensure all outreach activities comply with Googles quality guidelines and focus on authority-driven link acquisition.- Track and analyze backlink profiles using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.SEO & Performance Optimization:- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to create link-worthy content assets (blogs, infographics, market insights, research studies).- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to strengthen overall SEO strategy.- Optimize website content and structure for maximum visibility and authority in SERPs.- Monitor and report SEO performance, ranking improvements, and referral traffic growth.Digital Marketing & Strategy:- Plan and manage organic and paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.- Execute on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and technical optimizations aligned with financial market trends.- Optimize landing pages, track conversions, and enhance user experience (UX/UI) across all digital touchpoints.- Implement performance marketing campaigns focused on ROI, lead generation, and investor engagement.Financial Domain-Specific Initiatives:- Conceptualize and execute marketing strategies across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Investment Advisory segments.- Ensure digital content and campaigns comply with SEBI and other regulatory norms.- Translate complex financial products into consumer-friendly digital narratives and creatives.Analytics & Reporting:- Track key performance indicators (traffic, leads, backlinks, conversions).- Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.- Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, outreach, or digital marketing within the Financial Services / BFSI industry.- Strong understanding of Equity, Stock Market, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Investment Products.- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and partnership building.- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics, keyword strategy, and growth optimization.- Creative thinker with strategic planning ability and execution discipline.Why Join SMIFS:- Be part of one of Indias most respected and fast-evolving financial institutions with over 30 years of legacy.- Opportunity to lead digital growth across Wealth, Asset, and Investment segments.- Work directly with the leadership and marketing team on innovative, performance-driven campaigns.- Competitive salary package with performance incentives.
