We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team on a full-time basis. As we continue to strengthen our digital footprint and brand presence, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic brand growth, increasing online visibility, and creating high-engagement digital experiences — without relying heavily on paid media. This role requires deep expertise in SEO, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Video Marketing, and Content Branding, especially within the financial and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies focused on organic growth, SEO, and engagement-driven campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across digital channels through authentic and insightful financial storytelling.
  • Plan and manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with consistent brand tonality and visual identity.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders to enhance credibility and reach.
  • Create and manage video marketing initiatives for brand awareness, investor education, and product communication.
  • Conceptualize viral and organic campaigns to enhance visibility in the wealth management and financial advisory space.
  • Analyze performance data, derive insights, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, design, and research teams to ensure cohesive brand communication across all touchpoints.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in SEO, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, and Video Content Strategy (preferably in financial or fintech companies).
  • Strong understanding of digital branding and audience engagement within the financial industry.
  • Expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and social media insights dashboards.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design organic and viral campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent command over English communication, copywriting, and storytelling for financial topics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
