Job Summary:- BlueTree is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in HRMS or Payroll Solution sales.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to grow our footprint in the HR Tech space.- This role requires a professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales to make a real impact on our company's Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the HR Tech space.- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their HRMS and Payroll needs.- Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and a high level of customer satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape to effectively position our solutions.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within HRMS or Payroll Solution sales.- A strong understanding of the HR Tech industry and its evolving landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- The ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.- A passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact on business growth (ref:iimjobs.com)
