- Responsible for managing and achieving top line numbers with respectable PBDIT by selling product mix.
- Proven abilities in marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
- Proficient in strategizing long-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with
- organizational objectives
- Experience in handling aftermarket sales & marketing of Spare Parts, Auto Lubricants, Automobile Batteries
- Meeting monthly Sales & Collection targets
- Roll out & Implementation of Promotional Schemes / Loyalty Programs (Mechanic & Retailers).
- Evolving the Marketing plan in the short, medium, and long term to support sales delivery.
- Improve service levels to 90%+ and build minimum inventory for fast moving parts at the warehouses.
- Work directly with technology partners to define joint GTM strategy, value proposition and product marketing
- content.
- directing for Exhibitions, Industry based events, Organizing mechanic, Retailers meets & Road shows.
- Parts Pricing & Price management, Margin analysis, Price rationalization, Market price study.
- Planning monthly and annual sales volume by understanding market potential and market share.
- Increase width and depth of distribution.
- Conduct Monthly/weekly reviews with regional team and presentation to top management.
- White space analysis and network expansion for business growth.
- Inventory management and debtors’ control for smooth cash flow in branches.
- Market analysis for formulating growth strategies.
