Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The Presales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating our recruitment solutions to them.


Designation -Pre Sales Executive/Manager

Experience -3 to 5 years into Staffing sales (Mandatory )

Location -Vasanth Nagar Bangalore(Onsite )

Notice Period -1 month to Immediate


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  2. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
  3. Solution Presentation: Effectively present our recruitment solutions to clients, showcasing our expertise, services, and value proposition.
  4. Customized Proposals: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations in response to client requirements, highlighting our unique offerings and benefits.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and solutions.
  6. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
