Kapiva is recruiting a HR Business Partner with 3-5 years core experience.


About Role

The primary scope of this role would be to implement people strategy to deliver business growth at Kapiva. The person will be responsible for crafting and institutionalizing core people processes, drive organization effectiveness and help shape culture across the organization.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive people agenda and strengthen the organization to deliver business results and increase impact. Translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities and help drive strategy, create clarity and necessary alignment
  • You will owe core talent processes such as performance management, rewards, talent planning, capability building, leadership effectiveness and culture for your respective functions
  • You will identify talent strengths and needs, and help build strategic talent plans that align with organizational strategy, data, and budgets
  • You will identify areas in need of change and lead the implementation of new programs and processes
  • You will be the end to end owner of employee experience for your respective functions.


What we are looking for:

  • MBA in Human Resources / Business, or related field with 3-5 years of core HR experience
  • Core expertise in areas of performance management, talent management and employee experience
  • Experience driving HR programs, project management, change management
  • Ability to influence on talent and org decisions by proactively leveraging data and surfacing actionable insight
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence senior management. Excellent Stakeholder management
