The hospital has 16 Modular Green OTs, 90 Single-room ICU beds including Level 3 NICU and PICU, and is known for its efficient critical care team. Continental Hospitals has a special health check lounge and a dedicated area for international patients, state-of-the-art facilities and medical equipment, as well as the latest communication and information technology.

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Corporate MNC & Community Tie-ups

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth through strategic partnerships with Corporate MNCs and community tie-ups. This individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key corporate clients, and establishing collaborations with community organizations to enhance the visibility and reach of Continental Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and an ability to build long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate MNC Partnerships:

  • Identify and approach potential MNCs to establish corporate tie-ups for health and wellness programs, employee healthcare packages, and other business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address corporate client needs and offer customized healthcare solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers in MNCs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with corporate partners.

Community Tie-ups and Outreach:

  • Build strong relationships with local community organizations, non-profits, and governmental bodies to establish healthcare tie-ups and programs.
  • Identify opportunities for community health initiatives, screenings, wellness programs, and educational seminars.
  • Partner with community leaders and influencers to enhance Continental Hospitals’ brand visibility and engage with a broader audience.

Strategy and Market Analysis:

  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new business development opportunities within the corporate and community sectors.
  • Develop strategies to increase hospital visibility, attract corporate clients, and expand community outreach efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights into market positioning to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Actively generate new business leads and drive sales for corporate and community healthcare programs.
  • Track and manage all leads, follow up on potential partnerships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to corporate tie-ups and community initiatives.

Brand Promotion and Public Relations:

  • Represent Continental Hospitals at corporate events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of corporate and community tie-ups.
  • Maintain a positive image of Continental Hospitals through effective relationship-building and communication strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of all communications, meetings, contracts, and outcomes related to corporate and community partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnership outcomes, and sales progress for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, particularly in corporate partnerships and community outreach.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with MNCs and community organizations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Results-driven and highly motivated with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

  • The position will involve both office-based work and frequent visits to corporate clients and community organizations.
