Role: Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute strategic campaigns to drive brand growth, generate high-quality leads, and engage customers and employees. Your role will involve optimizing campaign performance, conducting market research, and leveraging insights into the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and competitive landscape to drive innovation and meet marketing goals.
Lead Generation:
You will design and execute targeted campaigns to attract and nurture potential customers, qualifying them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will prioritize and convert leads into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and focus on intent-based marketing to maximize conversions.
Campaign Performance & Innovation:
You will align marketing campaigns ensuring smooth transitions from awareness to target audience's consideration and decision stages. This includes crafting tailored campaigns to boost brand visibility, enhance lead engagement, and support sales conversions. Additionally, you will launch and promote campaigns that highlight the value and relevance of new services, driving innovation and impact.
Market Intelligence & GTM Readiness:
- You will conduct market research, analyse competitors, and track industry trends to inform data-driven campaign planning. By evaluating the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive landscape, and high-impact keywords, you will refine innovative initiatives, campaigns, and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- You will also lead Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness for new services, aligning with market insights, ICPs, and business goals to achieve successful positioning.
Brand Positioning & Engagement:
- You will lead branding campaigns to strengthen market positioning, attract talent, and engage customers and employees. Through consistent messaging, innovative initiatives, and thought leadership, you will enhance the brand's credibility and foster trust.
Here is what we would like you to bring:
- MBA degree with years of experience including at least 2 years leading lead generation, campaign management, and brand-building initiatives.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies, ICP development, and competitive analysis.
- Paid channels & paid campaigns expertise on Google PPC & Linkedin Ads
- ABM campaigns expertise through LinkedIn, email, etc.
- Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills
Who should apply for this role:
- You have independently led marketing initiatives for an IT consulting organization targeting international markets (primarily US, UK, and Europe) in the last 2 years.
- You are currently accountable for achieving planned lead generation, campaign performance, and brand-building goals in your role.
- You have extensively worked on Paid channels & paid campaigns on Google PPC & Linkedin Ads and ABM campaigns through LinkedIn, email, etc. in the last 2 years.
- You have leveraged data-driven decision-making tools to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives effectively
