Here's what you can look forward to: This role is essentially a technology focussed role wherein you will contribute in designing andimproving technology solutions to solve complex business problems, ensure technology readiness andgo-to-market readiness in key technology areas. You will work closely with various key stake holdersto ensure right technical architectures are in place and organization is prepared for new technologiesto solve business problems for customers.

As an Architect, you will possibly be involved in multiple projects requiring complex technologicalsolutions to solve customers’ business problems. Projects are usually across Data Analytics, AI-ML,industrial IoT, BI, Cloud & Mobility technologies, and you’ll be responsible to provide technologyleadership in there areas.

Quality of the architectures, architecture audits and their outcomes, technology readiness in identifiedtechnology areas will determine your success in this role.

New Architecture and Design As part of this role, you will be required to design technical architectures for pre-sales opportunities,customer projects, internal or customer technology PoCs to explore new solutions. Ensuringarchitecture compliances for your projects and auditing compliances for other projects is a key aspectof this role.

Architecture Audits
You will regularly audit the technical architectures of the ongoing projects on the floor to ensure theymeet all the non-functional requirements, do not use any outdated components/services and will bevalid and relevant for future business growth. If any changes are required based on new requirements,outdated components/services or availability of newer, advanced technologies then you wouldprovide recommendations for adopting those in the architecture.

Tech readiness and GTM readiness
We are a progressive and forward looking organization and hence always look for newer and bettertechnologies to solve customer problems. As part of your role, you will work with other key stakeholders in the organization to identify the right technologies to be focused and ensure technologicalreadiness for the same via PoCs, reference architectures, best practices, frameworks, readycomponents, etc. You will also work on ensuring Go-To-Market readiness with these technologies viademos, articles, blobs, vlogs, case studies, web site updates, etc.

People Management
You will support BU needs in terms of hiring and development of team members as a part of peoplemanagement.

Here is what we would like you to bring:

Any Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience including 3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect with similar responsibilities Hands on programming experience in Microsoft Tech Stack : Azure ,C# &.Net Core Keen interest and passion for technologies Prior success in designing and implementing technical architectures in various technology areas and problem domains Urge for exploring new technologies and establishing know-how in using them Strong communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills

What we consider as a right fit for this role:

You are currently independently contributing in architect role since last 3 years at least You have demostrated hands-on experience with multiple technology areas with respect to following activities: designing technical architecture, evaluating existing architecture, etc You have design thinking in you and have exploratory mind in technology areas You are accountable for technical architectures in your current role You are accountable for customer communication for suggesting and presenting technical solutions.
