Company Description

Architect Rushikesh H. (ARH) is a Mumbai based architectural practice established in the year 2001 with a team strength of qualified technical members including architects, interior designers, draughtsman, 3D visualizers, student interns, and support staff. The firm is recognized for innovative designs across India and internationally, and has delivered designs for IT Parks, SEZs, Mixed-use Townships, Residential Towers, Shopping Malls, Entertainment Centers, Hotels, and Industrial Parks amongst others. We have our offices in Mumbai and Pune.


About the Job:

Experience: Minimum 12 years

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and drafting of building plans for various construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Your role will involve producing detailed CAD drawings, renderings, and color boards to develop precise designs that meet client specifications. Additionally, you will ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations, coordinate with engineers to adhere to local codes, and oversee project progress from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:


  • Design and draft building plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Produce CAD drawings, renderings, and color boards for client review.
  • Ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations.
  • Present design options to clients and construction crews.
  • Coordinate with engineers to comply with local codes and technical requirements.
  • Consult with clients to determine project needs and specifications.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and address concerns.
  • Develop site plans to meet zoning, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Stay updated on architectural and regulatory developments.
  • Prepare project documents and specifications.
  • Translate complex construction documents into actionable specifications.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
  • 12 or more years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite. Experience with Revit is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
  • Knowledge of local and national regulations and building standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage design teams, clients, vendors, and execution teams.
